Law of Circumcision

The law of circumcision was reinstituted with Abraham before the time of Moses as a token of the covenant between God and His chosen people and the practice was incorporated into the Mosaic law. Moses therefore gave unto you circumcision (not because it is of Moses, but of the fathers) (John 6:5 RE).
